    Users retain ownership of all videos and content they upload. By uploading content, users grant Videoinemail a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit the content as part of the service.

  3. Prohibited Content

    Users are prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Videoinemail reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

  4. Data Security

    Videoinemail is committed to implementing reasonable security measures to protect user data. However, users acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and Videoinemail disclaims liability for any data breaches or unauthorized access.

  5. Service Availability

    The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Videoinemail does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or loss of data.

  6. Fair Usage
